Lucy Snell

Lucy Snell is NFA Flute Choir Call for Scores Competition coordinator. She is retired from the U.S. Air Force Band, president of the Flute Society of Washington, and she founded the Flute Choir of Southern Maryland. She holds Permanent Professional Certification from MTNA. lucysnellflute.mtacc.org
